Project Aeon Introduction
Automation
- Project Aeon doesn't have a start or stop button, it works without user intervention.
- Project Aeon tracks the time spent on accounts, opportunities, and other objects that have been enable with the app.
- Project Aeon automatically detects the active account and record when the user moves between accounts or console tabs.
Data Collection and Management
- The time spent on an account is tracked separately for each user.
- Time spent on opportunities is tracked separately as well.
- The total time spent on all child records is rolled-up to the parent account.
Analytics
- Project Aeon reports can be filtered by any account or user field. Additionally, you can also filter data by account child object fields if those objects have been enabled with Project Aeon.
- You can easily roll-up effort data at the account level.
