Manage Users and Licenses

Use the Users & Licenses tab in the Aeon2 Admin app to manage user licenses and effort group assignments. This tab also displays your Service Aeon license and edition information.

Note

You can manage Service Aeon licenses via the standard Salesforce package license management page for Service Aeon (under Setup > Apps > Installed Packages) as well. When assigning licenses to users via the standard Salesforce page, they are automatically added to the default effort group.

The Enabled Users list shows all users that have an Aeon2 license assigned, you can filter the list by effort groups and Salesforce profiles, search for users by name, remove inactive users and manage effort group assignments.

Use the Add Users button to add new users to Service Aeon, newly added users will be assigned with an app license and added to the Effort Group you choose.

When reassigning an active user to a new effort group, changes take effect immediately and their current work day record will be associated with the new effort group.
